Providing your clients with a human point of contact who will take intelligent messages and reassure them that their enquiry is being looked after and followed up.

Help Desk

24 hour Facilities/ IT Helpdesk support calls screened, managed and followed up.

The Help Desk team can take all of your internal and external support calls, collect specific details and escalate any issues or concerns to the intended people or groups, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are available to field out of hours emergency calls, and can be trained to follow your own specified escalation paths so the emergency procedure has been initiated at the earliest point.

Emergency Desk

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Communications.

One call to ComXo and we'll fully manage your emergency communications to ensure effective business continuity. Our team will quickly switch on Front and Message Desk services to ensure that all your calls are quickly transferred to our offices in Windsor and your clients are either offered the chance to leave messages or be transferred as directed. Our Business Communications Portal is designed to complement your business continuity plan. A cloud based tool that is accessible from anywhere means you can communicate with employees quickly via text or voice blast, and provide a dedicated emergency information line to keep everyone up to date as events unfold.
